The 21XX is a modern keyboard designed in the unsaver layout, originally inspired by the IBM 3290 Model 1. This keyboard aims to capture the nostalgia of vintage designs while incorporating contemporary features. It boasts a plateless PCB top mount for the main area and a traditional plate top mount for the function rows, with a typing angle of 5.5° for the main area and 25.5° for the function rows. Weighing approximately 9.5 lbs, it includes a solenoid for acoustic feedback, THT indicator LED support, and a faux integrated cable with internal USB-C. The keyboard is available in various colors and includes a red aluminum plate, multiple PCBs, a ribbon interconnect cable, a carrying case, and additional accessories.
