The 825 is a compact office keyboard designed specifically for daily use, featuring a simple aesthetic suitable for the 8-to-5 work routine. It has a case angle of 5°, a front height of 18mm, and an effective keyboard height of 22.4mm, with a net weight of approximately 1.7kg. The keyboard is constructed from durable materials including 6063 aluminum for the case and 6061 aluminum or polycarbonate for the plate. It utilizes a 1.6mm FR4 PCB, which is configurable using QMK and VIAL software, and includes three LED indicators. The keyboard comes in a pre-assembled kit that includes the case, plate, solder-only PCB, daughterboard, and carrying case. There are options for different plates and PCBs available as extras. The pre-order pricing starts at SGD 385 (USD 295) for the base kit, with a target pre-order date of early January 2025 and completion aimed for late April 2026. The design is inspired by previous keyboard models, and while specific colors and layouts are limited, plate files will be made publicly available post-fulfillment for custom configurations.
