DIVERSITY is a custom mechanical keyboard designed by SumJoy, inspired by classic Cherry layouts, specifically the G80-9009, G80-2100, and MK06 styles. It features a plate top/PCB top/PCB poron gasket mounting style and measures 398.30mm by 139.32mm, with an unbuilt weight of 2.1 to 2.2 kg and a built weight of approximately 2.6 kg. The keyboard has a front height of 16.30 mm and a typing angle of 9°. Manufactured by Dadesin, the DIVERSITY includes a sandblasted PC and anodized 6063 aluminum top and bottom case, a sandblasted brass or copper weight, and both anodized and sandblasted plates. It offers two types of PCBs: one for soldering and one for hot-swapping, with options for different layouts. Additional components such as screws, feet, porons, and tools are included. The keyboard is available starting at $338, plus shipping, with an estimated delivery time of up to five months after the group buy ends. Various color options and customizations are available, and the product aims to breathe new life into original Cherry designs.
