Enso-E

The Enso-E is a custom split ergonomic keyboard designed with a unique HHKB layout that features a separated bottom row. It supports both EC and MX switches through a hybrid PCB, allowing for versatile typing experiences. The keyboard is designed for easy assembly with a pogo pin connection that eliminates the need for wires. It boasts a bottom gasket mount and isolation mount with custom-molded silicone tabs, providing a comfortable 8.125° typing angle and a front height of 17.3 mm. The design is inspired by Japanese zen gardens, emphasizing a beautiful asymmetry. Constructed from premium materials, the main body can be made of aluminum or titanium, while the bottom weight options include aluminum, stainless steel, brass, or copper. The top shell is available in injection-molded polycarbonate with various finishes. Additional features include magnetically attached accent borders and optional silicone components to enhance typing feel. The Enso-E is expected to launch in a group buy in Q4 2025, with base model pricing starting around $450 and high-end configurations potentially reaching $1200.
