OGR2 by AKB

The OGR2 by AKB is a mechanical keyboard inspired by vintage Cherry designs, featuring a 10° typing angle and constructed from full 6063 aluminum. It offers a compact 65% layout with an additional FRL TKL module option, both of which are compatible within the same case. The keyboard includes a sandwiched top-mounted leaf-spring plate for MX switches and has a 21.5mm effective front height with bumpons. It operates with QMK and VIA USB-C PCBs, allowing for customizable layouts. Notable features include the choice between an integrated cable connection or a fly daughterboard, a period-authentic product sticker, and a CF plate by default. Weighing 2.9kg (6.5lbs) when unbuilt, the OGR2 has undergone minor adjustments since its first iteration, including an additional internal engraving and improved connectivity options. A new prototype reflecting these changes is currently in development.
