PBS Crispin

The PBS Crispin is a unique keycap set inspired by vintage Macintosh keyboards, designed for use with mechanical keyboards. Known as "Penguin Belly Slide" (PBS), this uniform keycap profile features a consistent height across all rows, combining cylindrical front and back shapes with a spherical top scoop for enhanced comfort and ergonomic typing. Made from durable PBT material, the keycaps are 1.5mm thick and come in both concave and convex shapes, supporting a wide range of keyboard layouts. The set will include two base kits: a regular base kit and a 40s/ortho base kit, along with collaboration kits like the Minimi40 and Altair kits tailored for specific keyboards. A Mac mods kit may also be offered based on demand. The keycaps are primarily white with bluish gray legends, designed to match the aesthetic of the Minimi40 keyboard. Future color variations may be considered based on interest. Overall, the PBS Crispin aims to provide a comfortable and visually appealing typing experience for mechanical keyboard enthusiasts.
