Tiga by Machina Wireless HG Board

The Tiga keyboard, designed by Machina, is a modern take on the classic HHKB HG, featuring a unique three-piece design that incorporates three distinct materials. It is named after the Malay word for "three," reflecting its status as the third keyboard in the Machina lineup. Tiga introduces Tri-mode connectivity, allowing for versatile usage options, and is designed with a focus on color, material, and finish (CMF) to enhance its aesthetic appeal and tactile experience. The keyboard has a typing angle of 7.0° and a front height of 18.8 mm, utilizing a silicon pin/Tadpole PCB mount with four hardness options. The top case is made from aluminum, while the bottom case offers various design choices, including aluminum with fabric, leather, or machining marks. Additionally, the backpiece can be customized with materials such as brass, copper, or wood, allowing for personalization. Tiga's design process began in July 2023, and it has undergone multiple iterations, with further developments planned.
