The Valkyrie1800 is a custom mechanical keyboard designed with a unique 1800 layout, which balances functionality and desk space efficiency. It features a robust construction with an anodized 6063 aluminum case and a brass mid-piece, weighing approximately 3 kg (6.6 lbs) when unbuilt. The keyboard employs a leaf spring o-ring gasket mounting system, known for its superior sound and feel. The design is inspired by Norse mythology, showcasing a valkyrie figure on the underside and incorporating elements that symbolize decay and transformation. It comes with options for a full or half 5052 aluminum plate, and a custom PCB designed by Gondo. The Valkyrie1800 will be available in several colorways, including "Goddess of Rot" and "Undefeated Valkyrie." Sales information is forthcoming, as the production of the patina finish is still being finalized.
